New Ratings

Please note that due to incomplete data which I submitted to the NSA, the last two rounds of this tournament in the third division only were not rated. I apologize for this error. The missing games will be submitted to be rated with the February one-day tournament.
The ratings list has also been enhanced slightly. It now features the 10 top gainers, and also now properly shows ties in any category.
