Calgary Player Going to Worlds!Posted by Paul S on Mon August 01, 2005 at 10h06
For the third time, Calgary player Albert Hahn has qualified for the World Scrabble® Championship! Albert won the qualifying tournament in Toronto recently, capturing this year's lone available qualifier spot. He will join the rest of the Canadian team for the Worlds in London later this year.
Albert has also been to the worlds in 1999 and 1997 where he had respectable top-half finishes.
On behalf of the club, congratulations, Albert!
