Marathon - deadline is Dec 1st, 9:00pm

In an effort to simplify tournament preparation, and simplify fee structures period, we will now have a hard deadline for tournaments. No late fees. But no late entries either.

For the marathon, the details are quoted from the flyer:

Deadline: All entries and fees must be received by
9:00 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 1st, 2011. No exceptions.
