September Ratings

Over half of this was due to the 129 point gain of 13-year-old Leon Fernandes. His new rating of 1666 makes him the youngest person in the history of the NSA to reach expert status (1600+)! We are all very proud of him and wish him luck at our upcoming Western Canadian Championship.
