Quick Update

I've been a lot busier than I expected, so I regrettably haven't had time to work on the site yet. I have final exams over the next two weeks so any work won't be done until May. So I thought I'd do a quick update with revised projections for site development. Of course, the dates are rough ideas, but I'll do my best to adhere to them.

The new ladder archive probably will not be completed until early June. I have been saving results and will put them all online when the upgrade is complete. I think it's better to do this early in the season so that when things get interesting, the stats picture will be clear.

The site move will hopefully occur in the second half of May. I just haven't had time to contact the new provider and find out the details. When I do, the move probably won't take too long.

Out of town results are always low priority but I hope to update them in early May, just so I don't get really badly backed up. I'm hoping to write a program to make this task easier but I probably won't do it until later in the summer, after the more important upgrades have been completed.

Spring Ratings won't be posted until April 29th. I need them for our tournament on the 30th, and since the program I use to update the web site ratings also updates our tournament records, it makes sense to do them that day.
