Format: Modified round-robin & 2 king-of-the-hill rounds Saturday, June 10th: 8:30 - sign in 9:00 - 8 rounds Sunday, June 11th: 8:30 - set-up, announcements 9:00 - 6 rounds Awards presentation at approximately 4 pm
Divisions: 3 divisions divided at 1500 and 950 * Based on NSA’s June Rating List. * No playups except to create even divisions. Entry Fees: Div.1 - $60 cdn / $51 US Div.2 - $50 cdn / $42 US Div.3 - $40 cdn / $34 US
Deadline: Entries must be received or postmarked by Thursday, June 1st, 2006. Registration: Return the completed entry form, along with the appropriate fees, to Siri Tillekeratne, address below.
Note: In the event that a tournament is cancelled, it may be preferrable to change the name from 'Winter Tournament' to 'Winter Tournament - cancelled' and post some info as to why an event is cancelled. If an event is deleted instead, people may assume it is still happening but it is just not listed on the website. So please be sure you really want to delete this tournament. You cannot recover it later.
Also, please do not delete past tournaments. It is very useful for players and future organizers to do planning based on previous years' schedules. Tournament entries should never be deleted just because a tournament has happened. They should only be deleted if an erroneous touranent was posted that never should have been posted in the first place.
