Marathon Results

First, some sad news. Beloved club member Jane Smyke passed away on December 29th due to cancer. Jane was one of those people who was always fun to play and was never unpleasant even with the worst tiles imaginable. Her kind are very rare and she will be deeply missed. As a tribute, we have dedicated this year's Marathon to her memory. We also presented a special prize at this year's tournament, the details of which can be found on the results page. Lastly, the club will make a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society in her name.

So, as mentioned, Results from our third annual New Year's Marathon have been posted. The marathon is 12 rounds of grueling action!

As promised, I've include some pictures from the tournament. I'm still getting used to my new digital camera, so there were some technical glitches that limited the number of pictures I could take. But hey, it's a start!
