Summer Ratings

The Summer Tournament ratings are now online. I have to apologize because I was sent the ratings two days after the tournament ended and then completely forgot about them. I'm not used to such a quick response from the NSA! It's good to see, though.

Note that I think there were one or two out-of-town tournaments which occured between this ratings update and the last one, which I didn't get a chance to include.
