Chris Williams wins CO3 - at long last!

Chris Williams of Vancouver has come to Calgary nine times for the Western Canadian and/or Canadian Open. He has finished 2nd three times, and 3rd once. But now, he has finally won it!

Congratulations also to Richard Frank in Div 2 and relative newcomer Vish Wimalasena in Div 3.
